My services can be divided into three categories, namely: installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing and heating.
To prevent you from having another problem in the near future, I find it important to deliver quality. I also like to think along with you to find a solution tailored to your needs and budget.
I work mainly in district Turnhout but after consultation possibly also across the entire Kempen.
To serve all my clients fairly and efficiently, I work with a clear priority system. This allows me to solve acute problems quickly while carefully executing planned works:
- Priority 1: For example, do you have no heating or hot water? I consider this an emergency and will be addressed immediately.
- Priority 2: Scheduled works, such as maintenance or installation of appliances, will be scheduled within a reasonable time.
- Priority 3: Larger projects, such as remodeling or new construction, receive longer-term attention.
I always provide buffer time in my schedule to remain flexible. However, in high-pressure situations, lower priority appointments may sometimes need to be rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding and trust!
