Maintenance

I have been a licensed installer since 2012, meaning I am allowed to do installation and maintenance of your gas heating system.

On average, a maintenance/inspection takes 1.5 - 2 hours. Upon approval of your installation and signatures, you will immediately receive your digital certificates valid for two years. If you wish, you will receive a reminder from me after this period has expired.

Maintenance and inspection of your central heating boiler:

• proper maintenance and adjustment has a higher efficiency
• prevent problems Or even a faulty heater
• better for the environment and save on your energy bill
• extend the life of your installation
• the switch to rich gas is also controlled*
• 2-year inspection is required by law from 20 kW*

Includes control of

• the flue, including cleaning
• the general condition of the heating appliance
• the ventilation of the boiler room
• the supply of combustion air
• combustion values

Your certificates are also automatically sent to the Flemish Energy and Climate Agency (VEKA) as required by law.
